- It is obligatory that you know how to swim
- Instructions on how to use Kayaks safely will be given
- Due to insurance reasons the minimum age for this activity is 14
- A good level of fitness is required
- The kayaks have a weight limit of 100kg per participant.
- Activity lasts for approximately 3 hours
- If you are prone to motion sickness its a good idea to take a non drowsy motion sickness tablet 30 minutes before the activity
